Deauville meets Deauville 2016 goes to
Greetings to you, bikers of any nationality who are reading, whether you own a Honda Deauville, you have owned it or ride a different bike : you who love to discover the world and meet its people. Welcome to this site, welcome to Italy, welcome to Rome. “Deauville meets Deauville”, in short DMD, is an event without borders, organized thanks to the voluntary contributions of Deauville sympathisants. This event first took place in 2003 in Deauville (Normandy, France) : for the first time it brought hundreds of people from all around Europe to stay together.
Every year DMD takes place in a different location to allow the partecipants to sit together once again and visit another piece of Europe, lead by the best touristic guides – the people who live there.
The first DMD in Italy was in 2007, in the region called Alto Adige (Northern Italy).There we had the opportunity to ride our bikes on some of the most beautiful mountains in the world. Now, in 2016, DMD returns to Italy in the best possible way, landing in Rome, the Italian capital, which needs no introduction : it is one of the most beautiful cities in the world with 2700 years of history behind!
We would like to invite you all to participate in this event, and give you the possibility to spend some time in this fantastic place and we are sure you’ll love it.
But we not only wish to push you to visit Rome, we want let you taste many other things of our country beauties : the landscapes, the history, the culture, the traditions and the gastronomy which we will offer to you all.
